These terms govern access to MonetizeMentions.com. By using the service, you agree to them.

What the service provides

MonetizeMentions.com creates editable upload-kit drafts from available YouTube captions and public video metadata. Drafts may include summaries, chapters, search tags, product candidates, links, and disclosure language. Signed-in creators may optionally create editable smart links that temporarily redirect to verified Amazon product destinations. The service does not access your YouTube channel or publish anything for you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having permission to process the material you submit and for reviewing every generated claim, timestamp, product identity, link, and disclosure before use. You must follow applicable laws and the current rules of YouTube, Amazon, and any other service you use. Do not use the service to process unlawful, harmful, private, or rights-infringing material.

Accounts and access

Keep your account and verification methods secure, provide accurate account information, and do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, enforce these terms, address misuse, or comply with law.

Free preview and Creator billing

The free preview and Creator plan include the allowances shown on the pricing page. Creator is a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. The selected price and renewal interval are shown before checkout. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the subscription status shown there. Previously generated videos may be regenerated during the applicable usage period without counting as a new video.

Generated output and availability

Caption sources, automated generation, and product destinations can be incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Output is provided as an editable draft, without a guarantee of accuracy, earnings, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of work you intend to publish and export smart-link records you rely on. Product-health checks are a convenience, not a guarantee of continuous monitoring or listing availability. Alerts may be delayed or incorrect, replacements require your approval, and the service does not edit previously published YouTube descriptions. Approving a replacement updates a matching smart-link destination without changing its public URL. Redirects can be delayed or unavailable, and disabled or deleted links stop working. Canceling a paid subscription alone does not currently disable an existing smart link. If account-owned smart-link records are removed in response to an account or privacy deletion request, those links stop working. Renamed and removed smart-link names remain unavailable for reassignment so another creator cannot take over an old published URL.
